Biden’s mandate has already been declared unconstitutional by the 5th Circuit Court and a subsequent Court of Appeals petition was also struck down. When will we hold the POTUS in contempt? Why are local governments still enforcing vaccine mandates? What will it take to stop this illegal, tyrannical disregard towards our Constitutional Rights? When will Law Enforcement Authorities begin to cite those breaking the law? Denying unvaccinated CITIZENS the right to the same services as those vaccinated is illegal under First, Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments as well as the Civil Rights Act of 1964. It is pure DISCRIMINATION, illegal under the US Constitution.
