Reckless Driver Leaves a Trail and Destruction

Info from Licensor: "This incident occurred around 12:15 AM HST on Ala Wai Blvd in Honolulu. What started as a loud crash and screaming lead to a haphazard driver screeching down the cul-de-sac, sparks flying as metal scraped concrete. A cop was parked there patrolling luckily and immediately took note. Trying to block the car in the dead-end, the officer exited the car to stop him. The driver refused and the cop had to leap to avoid getting hit. At which point this video started recording. The Honolulu Police Department has reported no injuries outside of the driver."
