Janet Has Changed Since Starting This Online Business - She's Quit Her Job And Helps Her Parents

Hi I'm Darren, I'm one half of Darren and Mike, and I'm here with Janet today to ask a couple questions about her online business. So Janet when did you start your online business?

So I started in August 2016.

So coming up on four years. And are you still working? And what did you do before you started this?

So before I was working for my family nail salon business, and I kind of Dibble dabbled in a lot of other things, and I've also tried different online marketing prior to that.

And are you still working now? Are you doing all that?

No! I got to quit my family business, it's like 10 years in the making. So I currently do this just full-time now.

And what would you say is your favorite thing about this business?

Oh my goodness everything, the fact that I get to wake up without an alarm clock, the fact that I get to work in my bed, and like the best part is that I got to be home with my dogs, cuz my dog basil accidentally had puppies, so now I'm quarantine with four dogs.

You're a grandma.

I'm a grandma, haha.

And how is your life changed since starting the business?

It's changed a lot. I mean like it, like I think the best thing, also is like my parents are so proud of me. I get to take care of them. That was my my goal, I get to take care of my parents. I got to move downtown, that was my dream when I messaged you. So a lot has changed, I have so much
freedom and I'm able to choose. But most importantly, I think myself as a person has changed, like I'm so much more confident, even though I'm an introvert, I'm able to public speak, I'm able to stand in front of people, and yeah a lot of that good stuff.
