Gaea And Noel Started Their Online Business While Noel Was In The Philippines And Gaea Was In Canada

Hi I'm Darren, and I'm here with Noel and Gaea today, and we're going to talk about their online business. So when did you guys start your business, and what's your background, when you were getting into this?

We started this business April of 2019. And I was still in the Philippines at that time, while waiting for my papers to move here in Canada, and Gaea found this business. And we were able to set it up easily while I was there and she's here in Canada. Yes and we were both nurses by trade in the Philippines. And I've been in the healthcare industry for over 10 years and they got here in 2009. Yes and I got certified here and was able to get in the healthcare industry, and work in the community as health worker and private facilities as well. Now we are are currently workers for foster care that we have at home, and we're running this business as well.

Great, and what would you say is your favorite thing about this online business?

Oh there are a lot, but our top is the freedom and flexibility, that we get to spend more and more time with the family, and the business still running in the background, even while you're sleeping. And the fact that you're not confined to a desk or a space, and a certain number of hours or shift. It just feels great, and we still feel that we still get to be productive and that feels very empowering for us. And the community behind this business is so amazing, yeah our circle has widened. We have gained online friends, turned to be our online family now. Yes and they have helped us tremendously, especially in the growth of our business. And it's a great feeling, it's awesome to be with the group of people who are very optimistic and goal driven. And another thing is the continuous learning, the training, the coaching, the mentorship, and the weekly masterminds. We continuously learn and evolve in this business, and we love that. Yes we do love that.

Everything online is always changing, you got to grow with it.

Yes that's right you just need to adapt to change as well.

Yeah so you mentioned you've been in this just over a year, a year and a couple months, so what would you say is the biggest way your life has changed since you started this business?

Oh we have developed and have grown as an individual personally, and as business owners, there are a set of skills that we didn't know we have. We have discovered traits, personalities, and even skills and abilities, that we didn't know we have, and we have discovered that through this business. And it actually has made us more optimistic and more grateful. Every morning we get excited, because there's something that we look forward too. When you wake up in the morning, always check our business and there's always a good news, and that feels really, really great. And what else, oh yes, well it has helped us supplemented our income as well right. So it has allowed us to be more helpful in ways we can never imagine before, and this has made our business more purposeful, and more meaningful and we'll continue to pay it forward.
