Von Beginn stand bei Covid Emotion im Vordergrund. Angst und Drama bestimmten - im steten Abgleich mit Spin Doctors und Meinungs-Umfragen - die politische Vorgangsweise.
Wissenschaft geriet ins Abseits und kämpfte sich von hinten wieder rein ins Geschehen: als Dienstleister, der liefert, was bestellt wurde.
