hen I first started Paleo-Ketogenic Diet, no many people knew it was a clinically designed carnivore diet. Then when I started telling people I was on carnivore diet people thought I was going to die of cancer any day. As time went by, both PKD and Carnivore Diet became a lot more popular and so many people reverse all kind of health issues with them. In today's video, I discuss differences between the two.
