Jefferson County Sheriff admits they erred in taking Moses to CVAR

May 14th 2019. Jefferson County sheriff's office admitting that Michael Allmain's dog Moses should have been taken to a licensed vet and not to Center Valley Animal Rescue. However they took Moses there again the second time and they charged Michael for the first time as well as the second time and they got a $28,000 lien against him, auctioned off his dog. And they still have a $26,000 judgment and they got criminal charges against him. This email in this video is May 14th 2019.
