covid19 dystopia: Schallenberg of Austria initiates apartheid lockdown of free range humans

Chancellor Alexander Schallenberg of Austria initiates an apartheid lockdown for free range humans in this 14 November 2021 video (includes subtitles).

Wikipedia tells us that he "is an Austrian diplomat, jurist and politician serving as Chancellor of Austria since 11 October 2021" after young Sebastian Kurz was deposed because of an investigation into alleged misdeeds (again). The headline photo of Schallenberg on wiki [0] shows his derangement one day later. The new Chancellor's ancestry includes the defunct House of Habsburg so this arguably proves that once the particular insanity enters the breed, it surfaces amongst the genes of family members (read: it becomes genotypic) in unpredictable ways.
