EPS 16: Another Long Flip Revisited

Welcome back to the Greg Luchak Show. Today I'm releasing another video created out of a couple of Youtube videos I posted in November 2018. This flip was an owner-occupied project. His plan was to live in it for a year. He wanted to do part of it himself. The main bath, ensuite bath, kitchen backsplash, refinishing the hardwood, and carpeting the basement. We handled all the demo, framing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, trim, cabinetry, and paint. This was just prior to the seller's real estate market Ottawa is now experiencing. Great timing for him to sell a year later.
