Vanilla Overnight Oats | Dairy Free & Vegan Friendly
Sweet and creamy, this vanilla overnight oats recipe is an easy to make vegan breakfast idea.
Ingredients
1/2 cup of rolled oats
1/2 cup of almond milk
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp of maple syrup
Optional:
1 tbsp of almond slivers
1/2 tsp of chia seeds
Maple syrup to taste
Directions
1. In a bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, vanilla extract and 1 tsp of maple syrup. Mix well.
2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
3. When ready to serve, uncover and top with almond slivers, chia seeds and maple syrup.
4. Serve and enjoy!
