EPS 4: Why am I doing this?

In this episode, I will be introducing a new opening logo/graphic. It's a work in progress. I will be discussing several talking points that include the objectives of the show, A bit of my history that has lead to the creation of the show as well as a bit of an expose of my real estate, renovation, and construction experience. I end the episode with an outline of upcoming episodes 5 and 6. There is a poll embedded. Take part and help me make future shows better.
