When one of the PEOPLE noticed Seargant Laughlin of the Georgetown PD sitting alone at night in a dark parking lot, the time was right for a little GANG INTERDICTION.

The Sarge was never placed in cuffs therefore he was free to go at anytime and the contact was consentual.

His RIGHTS we're never violated since he only has PRIVILEGES and the Detainment/debriefing only lasted around an hour which was warranted under the circumstances
