Man SUCKS COP but doesn't GET OFF

While PRESSING on in Cedar Park tx, one of the PEOPLE recorded deputy Wolf of the Williamson county sheriff's department extorting from the public.

Upon learning the man's name and having a brief discussion it was obvious that he was a copsucker.

Apparently even after sucking cop he couldn't get off and was issued a ticket instead of a napkin to wipe the cop dribble from his mouth.
