COD Vanguard Combat Shotgun Pack-A-Punch bug and how to Pack early

In this video we return to Call of Duty Vanguard to view a very annoying bug involving the Combat shotgun being Pack-A-Punched. I will also show a legit loophole on how to Pack-A-Punch by round 1.
On a side note I am still disappointed in treyarch for how poorly they launched Vanguards zombies. This was definitely in my opinion a major tumble backwards in addition to future releases of Call of Duty Zombies.
