3 Legged Stool

The three-legged stool is an important idea.

They make up the keys to WHY so many Americans are ill, sick, and suffering these days.

The video I've made will give you more details, but just briefly, here are the 3️⃣ legs:

Leg 1️⃣ : Our genes. Once, we thought genes were our destiny. Now, we have disproved that through the field of study of epigenetics, which shows us that bad genes can actually be turned OFF.

Leg 2️⃣ : Stressors. Physical, chemical, and emotional forms of stress are all around us. These stressors turn on the bad genes from Leg 1 of the stool!

Leg 3️⃣ : Our microbiome. We need a certain makeup of bacteria in our gut to be truly healthy. The gut is called our "second brain" and holds around 80% of our immune system.
