Sublue Navbow BROKE on Vacation!!

While on one of our favorite vacations of the year my new Whiteshark Navbow from Sublue died within minutes of using it. This was the fourth or fifth time ever using it. I show it stop working, discuss the Customer Service from Sublue and the process & issues, and the final result of the situation.
