Q-Shaman Railroaded into more than 3 years for ??? Obstruction?

After 10 months of incarceration without bail or a hearing, Jacob Chansley has been sentenced to 41 months in prison for the non-violent charges of obstructing Congress and interfering with police.
One big takeaway here is that, while most of the Jan. 6th FBI Plot victims have been charged with little more than trespassing, somehow that charge apparently didn't stick to the DNC's chosen front man.
This is telling in and of itself. We'll talk a bit today about how the "crime" of obstructing is a farce in nearly all of its applications.
