Ron DeSantis: Biden’s Vaccine Mandate Will “Crash and Burn” in Appeals Court Lawsuit

Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) expressed confidence that the Biden administration’s vaccine mandate being enforced by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) would be overturned by the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. “The ultimate result of that OSHA lawsuit in the 6th Circuit is that thing is going to crash and burn. It’s going down,” he said.
