It is clear that the murder of Ahmaud Arbery was motivated by racism. We need to ensure no one can ever again rely on outdated laws to justify such racist vigilantism. If you're armed in a truck and actively pursuing and trying to stop an unarmed person on foot, that's not "self-defense."
