From €2 billion to €35 million volume. Belgrade Stock Exchange - an opportunity with catalysts?

I traveled to Belgrade to look at investment opportunities, and decided to approach the Belgrade Stock Exchange to gain a better understanding of capital markets in Serbia. The exchange's trading volume crashed from from €2 billion to €35 million in the last 13 years. In this video I interview the business director of the exchange to understand why, and to see whether there are interesting catalysts ahead.
