The Story of the Hooting Owl

Keenan Wynn (comic Ed Wynn’s son) becomes a detective almost by accident in The Amazing Mr Smith. Gregory Smith “runs into trouble galore” as he solve mysteries in his own very unique manner.

The Amazing Mr. Smith is a detective comedy that aired in 1941. Mr. Smith just wants peace and quiet, but is unable to attain it due to an owl who hoots in double-talk and a freshly killed Asian corpse.
