EVIDENCE provides PROOF that a FACT is either TRUE or FALSE.

Pundits are EXPERTS who are called upon to provide their expert OPINION.

Journalists ARE NOT pundits, unless they are giving their expert opinion about journalism. They are legally LIABLE to discover the evidence of a fact, because that is what they are educated and trained to do.

Historical evidence that rioting occurs when false facts, not in evidence, are stated by a trained journalist, makes these experts in journalism legally liable for damages, to a person, business, and an entire city of taxpayers.
