Canning Ugly Chicken

Canning chicken, or any other protein such as beef, pork, fish, turkey, venison, etc., is a great option for food storage. Canned proteins are fully cooked and ready to eat and won't spoil if you lose power to your fridge or freezer. A pound of ready canned beef can cost upwards of $7.00 at the grocery store, so it's a great way to cut costs too.
