Heavy landmine rows

Since picking up a real and safer way to do my "T-bar" rows I've been making some slow but steady strength increases!
And today was no exception, although only up by 5lbs I did manage more reps, clocking in at 10...

On a different note, due to some unnerving events in my last couple of chest and leg days I have made a big AND EXCITING decision....stay tuned!
