California Asks For "EMERGENCY" Stay in Miller V. Bonta

California Gov Gavin Newsom and AG Bonta have asked the 9th circuit to grant an "Emergency Stay" in Miller V. Bonta which would overturn Judge Benitez's Injunction. The injunction would take effect July 4th.
