CATCH, CLEAN, COOK SNAPPING TURTLE - My First Experience Eating Turtle

Gettin that next-generation outdoors! Huntin, Fishin, Lovin Everyday!

Today, while night fishing with Tim and Ben, I caught a snapping turtle...and cleaned, and cooked it. Interesting: it had very different types of meat. Actually very good meat, too. The eggs, not so good. Very gritty.
