Gettin that next-generation outdoors! Huntin, Fishin, Lovin Everyday!

Today, I took the kids indoor rock climbing at Roca, my favorite gym in Rochester Minnesota. We did some challenging routes and explored the space. Some bouldering and some auto-belays. Handstands, too. Just all types of silliness and pulling exercises. I also illustrate how important tight - extremely tight - climbing shoes are to a rock climber.
