11.20.2021 - HYROX Competition in Dallas, TX | 2nd Age Group / 12 Overall!

On November 20th, 2021, the HYROX World Tour stopped in Dallas, TX and I competed in the Men's Open Division

A HYROX Competition consists of:

1000 meter ski erg
1k run
4x12.5 meter sled push (275 lbs)
1k run
4x12.5 meter sled pull (165 lbs)
1k run
80 meter burpee/broad jump
1k run
1000 meter row
1k run
200 meter Kettle Bells Farmers Carry (52 lbs each Kettle Bell)
1k run
100 meter Sandbag Lunges (45lb sandbag on your back)
1k run
100 Wall Balls w/14lb medicine ball hitting a 10ft target

I finished 2nd out of 21 in my age group, 12 overall and qualified for the World Championship in Las Vegas in May of 2022!🥈
