A resident building in the Changxingyuan neighborhood of Qiqihar, Heilongjiang,  China was sealed off because of the CCP Virus pandemic, and residents upstairs used ropes to carry and pull supplies into the house.
黑龍江齊齊哈爾市暢心園小區一居民樓，因疫情被貼封條，樓上居民買東西後用繩子提拉進屋。
