He's been a police officer for16+ years, Co-Founder of the American Society of Evidence-BasedPolicing, a National Institute of Justice LEADS Scholar (Alum), aPolicing Fellow for the National Police Foundation. He recently walked from Selma to Montgomery with two other officers to raise the awareness of the need for healing in community/police relations.
