Senator Ron Johnson - Speaker 8 at the Nov 21 Asifa BP

Senator Ron Johnson was born in Wisconsin and raised in Minnesota. He received his BSB-accounting degree in the University of Minnesota.

In July 1979 he and his wife Jane moved to to Wisconsin opened a business with Jane’s brother PACUR and began producing plastic sheets for packaging and printing applications.
Ron was elected to the senate in 2010. He was chairman of the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee from 2015 to 2021.

He is now the ranking member of the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations.
He also serves on the Budget, Foreign Relations and Commerce, Science and Transportation committees.
