Sheriff Bill Brown at SBUSD 10/26 Respectively requests School Resource Deputy reconsideration

On October 12, 2021 the SBUSD School Board voted to remove SROs/SRDs from local high school campuses endangering all children and teachers, without notice or input from parents and against school district’s staff’s recommendation. This rapid change of course came 12 days after San Marcos High School physics teacher and Tennis coach Jarrod Bradley was arrested by the Santa Barbara Sheriff’s Office for sexual misconduct with a student.
