Dr. Paul Marik is a top ICU doctor who has developed a treatment protocol that has been saving at least half of the critic ICU patients who others have given up on.

He describes his experience in his hospital that has banned him from saving patient’s lives using his treatment. The hospital issued a directive that his prescriptions should not be filled but that he must prescribe Remdesivir.

Dr. Marik explains that Remdesivir is a toxic drug which increases the risk of dying and the risk of kidney and liver failure. He believes that it is immoral to prescribe it and refuses to do so.

He is fighting back in court but it's an uphill battle. The latest is that the court refused to issue a temporary restraining order. The judge said that only the ICU patients themselves have standing and they must show up.

Dr. Marik explains that he was disappointd to learn that hospitals get a 20% bonus if they prescribe Remdesivir and an additional bonus for any patient that passes away.
