Collecting Gutter Oil with "Official Approval" 採地溝油有「官方批准」

In CCP's China, the exact location is unknown. From the video people can see that a person who collects gutter oil[1] claimed to have "official approval" and said that "calling the police is useless".
[1] Gutter oil is a general term for oil that has been recycled. It can be used to describe the practice of restaurants re-using cooking oil that has already been fried before. It can also be used to describe the processing of waste oil collected from sources such as restaurant fryers, grease traps, slaughterhouse waste and fatbergs (Wikipedia, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gutter_oil). In CCP’s China, gutter oil can go to people’s dining tables.
