This situation revolves around Chad trying to get his son, as it was his time to have custody. When the situation elevated into a screaming match, Kyle retrieved a firearm, an altercation between Kyle and Chad ensued, resulting in two rounds being fired into Chad; rendering him dead.

It's way more complex than that, but is it a Murder or Self-Defense? This is Texas afterall...
