In 1982 the Charter of Rights became a part of the Constitution providing GUARANTEED rights and freedoms for Canadian citizens and was incorporated into the Supreme Law of the land.
We discuss how Canadian governments have trampled on the Charter with their draconian COVID-19 mandates and what we can do about it.
