Theuns Jordaan LIVE TRIBUTE SERVICE | 26 Nov 2021

Iconic country and Afrikaans performer Thuens Jordaan passed away far too young at age 50 from cancer on 17 Nov 2021. The news shocked many. His signature voice and his congenial personality will long be remembered. Please join me for a live feed from the tribute service with my commentary to recognize a true musical legend.

A message from Theuns family:

"Theuns Jordaan: Tribute Service

A tribute service will be held on Friday, 26 November 2021, at 11:00 for Theuns Jordaan at the Moreleta Park Congregation in Pretoria. Due to Covid regulations, only 100 people will be able to attend the service. Attendance will be by invitation only and will be limited to family, close friends and colleagues. However, the service will be streamed live on Network 24 as well as Theuns' Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/TheunsJordaanOfficial). Anyone is therefore welcome to be part of the tribute service in this way.

The Jordan family thanks everyone for the love and support they have received over the past few days. "It's still unreal for us, but it's so good to see how many people Theuns not only touched with his music, but also with his humanity," says his father, Willie. "We are very grateful that he was granted to us."
