We have another idiot to add to Facebook Idiots on Parade, a man named Jeffrey Llera-Johnson. He used bad logic & he thinks the unemployment rate (and apparently had no clue about the Labor Force Participation Rate or conflated the two) is a good measure of economic health.

He did not take the news about Donald Trump having a higher Black Labor Force Participation Rate than Barack Obama very well (cognitive dissonance), nor did he take the news very well that Donald Trump had a higher Labor Force Participation Rate for men 25-54 than Obama.

He refused to acknowledge this & went into some emoticon-laden hysterics over it. Good thing Jeffy has me there to correct him w/ the facts.

Here is another challenge for Jeff: The African-American Labor Force Participation Rate (as well as the rate for Men 25-54) will continue to go down & more importantly -- will be lower during FY 2022 & FY 2023 (under Joe Biden than it was from FY 2018-FY 2020 (I compared pre-lockdown vs. lockdown levels too. The lockdowns hurt African-Americans more than they did whites) under Donald Trump. You can etch that in the concrete. It's the 2nd link listed above
