The Government is using Fear to Control You

How many of you remember those color coded terror alerts they used to broadcast constantly on the evening news after 9/11? When did it all stop? I am finding the announcements about COVID variants strangely reminiscent of those early days after 9/11. Nobody cares about the color coded terror alerts form DHS, and I expect the time will soon come when nobody is interested in the new COVID variant either.

After 9/11 the government used tactics like the color coded terror alert to keep the population in a constant state of fear. While in that state of fear people were more willing to go along with whatever the government claimed it had to do in order to keep us all safe. The alerts are gone, but we still have to take our shoes off when we fly.

Clearly the government is using the new variants to scare everyone into cooperating with all the changes they are bringing to the country. It’s time to stop being scared by these tactics wether they come from the right or the left.
