Dominick Black, Kyle's "Brother" and best friend, is still up on bogus gun charges that were dropped by Judge Schroeder. Black's up on 2 Felony Counts that could easily be dismissed, but they have been brought by Thomas CLAIRE Binger (aka flufferboy2004) and he's not taking the demolishing from earlier in the month lightly. He's pledged to appeal the charges, if dropped, and will drag Black through the horrific appeals process as a means of getting some revenge. Binger is a despicable human.
