With record numbers of people retiring and leaving the work force since the COVID pandemic, do we have enough workers in this country to sustain our economy? Is new legal immigration the answer? Unemployment is down to 4.6% near pre-pandemic levels, but there’s still a lot of unfilled positions. It seems every business is hiring right now. Is it just a job seeking environment or a much larger issue that needs to be tackled? There is a large need for immigration reform to solve our issues.
