Really Tired/Off day.....150 KGs x 7 Squat

Hooooweeee, today was an off day!
Sorry for not uploading yesterday! Our Halloween Party went really late, as expected, so I did not have the best night's sleep, was really tired, and decided it would be safer/smarter to take the day off.
I am still really tired today, but I didn't want to lose another day, so I decided to do my session today, and be a bit more conservative today.
However, as I said today was a reeeeeeeeeaaaally off day. The speakers went out/quieter just as I was going to start the video, and I miscalculated where to start the song, so the last few reps were quiet. And on top of all that, the top set was way harder than I expected. I very nearly messed up the whole set on the third rep! I was going to go for 6 reps, but I figured I would bump out 7, as I do believe that is a rep pr, so that is a plus, at least! 🤟🏻
