Cat Gallbladder & Spleen w/tumor surgery (?)

Alexa has a Dec 1st, 9am appointment with the Specialist (surgeon). I will then have to decide on surgery or medication to help with above issues.
Each has its own set of dangers.
Alexa will be 15 on Dec 16th. So she is a elderly kitty...

This surgery is a very Big deal.

The medication could cause problems as well, if I choose that route. It could cause blockage and would need to be monitored including ultrasound at least once a month.

Her vet up here on the mountain thinks the gallbladder is the source of her problems, not the tumors (she has a few).
It is a very hard decision to make.
If we don't do anything, she has a painful death.
