Private Membership Association - Isn't it Risky??

In this video, I go over many of the risks of both the public and private domains.
Public -
It's fairly obvious, closures, experimental drugs, face coverings, stay away from each other, don't conduct business/health care with your care and expertise, possible fines, invasion of privacy, and more.
Private Association -
Your founding documents need to be statutory, your CPA and others may not know what you are talking about, and you may need to spend some time educating yourself and studying.
