Why you feel alone and what to do about it (Tapping for feeling alone)

Feeling alone can be a wonderful feeling but what happens when feeling alone is awful? In this case feeling alone is a connection issue. Even when you are surrounded by people you may find yourself feeling disconnected. Using Brene Brown's definition of connection which is the energy that exists when people feel seen, heard and valued, we can understand more deeply what is at the root cause of feeling alone.
