Making crispy hash browns with a Gotham Steel frying pan

In the past I have only cooked eggs when demonstrating these pans. Decided to actually cook something different.

What you need
potato
shredder/cheese grater
cheese cloth--or some other method to remove excess water
oil or oil spray
Gotham steel pan (an any enamel pan will do if it is nice and smooth)
