Sweet Potatoes are really Delicious when Roasted in the Oven! We like to Marinate, then make Fries and Roasted Potato Chunks to go with Any Meal! This Recipe is Full of Tex Mex Flavors with the Sweet Potatoes cut in to Huge Steak Fries! The Sweet Potato Fries will be a little softer than a Potato Fries but will still have a Roasted Outside!

Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Marinating Time: 20 Minutes
Oven Temperature: 400 Degrees Fahrenheit
Roasting Time: 45 – 50 Minutes

Roasted Sweet Potato Steak Fries Ingredients:

3 Sweet Potatoes Peeled
1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 3 cloves)
3 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
