In case you missed it, doctors told Joanie that she was eighth on the waiting list to receive a lung transplant — but that she must be fully vaccinated against COVID if she wants to move forward with the surgery. I went to the Collège des Médecins du Québec to speak directly with someone in charge, and to drop off our petition.
