White House cuts mic on Resident Biden

The White House tech team shows their preparedness by censoring the demented Resident by playing "God Bless America", as he addresses an eleven year old. The Resident goes on to mention (again) how he just does what others tell him to do, and continues babbling as the music over-powers his garble.
