Pinion seal change on 2000 C3500

Changing the pinion seal, in a 2000 C3500 Dually with a 10.5inch 14 bolt, ran into another seal sleeve that also needed to be sourced. The parts store just shows the pinion yoke, and seal. Even talking to Dorman, they didn't show the adapter sleeve, just the pinion yoke and seal.
Pinion yoke shaft dimension = 2.2
Pinion yoke seal dimension = 2.3
Pinion yoke seal sleeve = Yukon Gear - YY GM26060977 - 41209
